FAQs

  • Hello! I’m Dr. Bartosz Bogucki. My name is Polish in origin and can be pronounced Bar-Tosh…like Macintosh but with a “bar.”

  • All adjustments are designed to gently support proper alignment while prioritizing your comfort. My primary spinal technique is QSM3, a very gentle method with no twisting, popping, or cracking.

Most people are good candidates for this approach, with very few contraindications. Some mild soreness may occur as your body adapts, similar to post-exercise discomfort.

In addition to spinal care, I also provide effective, comfortable adjustments for the hands and feet through advanced training with the Chiropractic Hand and Foot Clinics of America.

Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs. If you’re unsure if this is right for you, please schedule a consultation so I can better address your concerns.

  • These adjustments are a very effective treatment. If pain is being caused by a compressed nerve or misaligned bone, the proper remedy is to make sure the anatomy is properly realigned.

It is important to realize that though dramatic misalignments often happen through a trauma, many misalignments develop from everyday habits such as sitting leaned over a desk or phone all day, running with weight more on one foot than the other, or setting your wrists lower than your fingers when doing technical work.

If those patterns aren’t addressed, the issue can return over time. For that reason, care often includes guidance to help support long-term results.

  • Your first chiropractic appointment is designed to be thorough, informative, and tailored to your specific needs. The visit begins with an in-depth review of your health history, where Dr. Bartosz takes time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, past injuries, and overall wellness goals.

Next, a comprehensive physical examination is performed. This may include posture analysis, range of motion testing, neurological and orthopedic assessments, and evaluation of spinal alignment to identify the root cause of discomfort or dysfunction.

Based on these findings, Dr. Bartosz will explain his assessment. When appropriate, treatment may begin during this first visit with a full-body chiropractic adjustment. This adjustment is designed to restore proper joint movement, improve alignment, reduce tension, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Throughout the appointment, the focus is on your education, comfort, and creating a personalized approach to help you move and feel your best.

  • Your first extremity appointment is designed to focus specifically on concerns involving the hands, feet, or other joints outside of the spine. The visit begins with a targeted review of your history related to the issue at hand, allowing Dr. Bartosz to understand your symptoms, daily activities, and any past injuries that may be contributing to your discomfort.

A focused evaluation follows, assessing joint mobility, alignment, strength, and function in the affected area. This helps pinpoint the source of irritation, restriction, or imbalance.

Based on these findings, Dr. Bartsoz will explain his assessment and recommended approach. When appropriate, treatment is performed during the same visit and may include a precise adjustment to the involved joint. These adjustments are intended to restore proper movement, reduce discomfort, and support improved function.

This appointment is more concise than a full-body visit, while still providing attentive, individualized care to help you get back to using your hands and feet comfortably and confidently.
